Beach Villa Lanka has 6 rooms - 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. It can comfortably accommodate 16 people.

You can rent a room, one floor or the entire beach villa just for yourself.

The house is equipped with house for staff and a kitchen. The roofed, open-air dining room is adjacent to the beach, giving you a breathtaking experience of dining underneath the stars and palm trees.

A family from Sri Lanka will take care of your wellbeing and accommodate your every need during your stay at Beach Villa Lanka.

 

TRAVEL IN SRILANKA, BEACH VILLA LANKA LOCATION

Beach Villa Lanka is located on the south of Sri Lanka, in an authentic fishing village Kudawella.

Villa Lanka is only 9 meter walk from the beach. The entire estate spreads over 1500m2 (1600 ft2) and is filled with homegrown tropical fruit and medicinal plants.

The villa is located in a partially secluded bay area, allowing warm, carefree swimming throughout the year, which is quite a rare experience in Sri Lanka (due to strong currents and winds).

Beach Villa Lanka prides itself in carefully selected, fresh, homemade food with the highest quality standard. We prepare fresh seafood specialities based on Sri Lankan delicious healthy cuisine. We offer daily selection of organic fruit freshly picked from our garden or bought at a nearby local market.
